Emma is currently working as a dramaturg for Point 5 Theatre Company’s upcoming play, The Ballad of Sonia the Skunk, written by Cormac Myles.
Emma has been a member of the Wonderfools Youth Board since the beginning of 2024. Emma has collaborated on and helped develop scripts written by playwrights such as Ella Hickson, James Ley, and Travis Alabanza.
The Ballad Of Sonia The Skunk, written by Cormac Myles, is set in Amanda and Leonards front room, this comedy follows their wild attempt to evict an unwanted skunk while rekindling their love.
As well as portraying The Boss in The Caravel, Emma also worked as a dramaturg, collaborating with playwright Milly Sweeney.
The Caravel is a true story which depicts the Glasgow gangster scene in the late eighties/early nineties, through the perspective of a group of teenage girls who are none the wiser.
